39a6d609b8 Bug 1964445 - Make DiscoveryStreamFeed use both the old and new forms of talking to the Nimbus experiment metadata utility. r=beth,home-newtab-reviewers,nbarrett 
This will allow us to train-hop the New Tab code from 140 (which uses the new form
of talking to NimbusFeatures.pocketNewtab.getEnrollmentMetadata()) to 139
(which does not yet have the getEnrollmentMetadata API).

We effectively feature-detect and fallback to the old mechanism here.

bf9571f2c6 Bug 1960763 - Add string ages to newtab locales report, and update report display to show age relative to beta. r=home-newtab-reviewers,ahochheiden,nbarrett 
This also updates the locales snapshot to the most recent set of strings
available in firefox-l10n, and augments our reporting subcommand to also
describe details on specific locales.

5d1fda13fa Bug 1880518 - Home and newtab typography update to match design system r=maxx,home-newtab-reviewers 
Swapping any unique values to design tokens to match our [design system type scale](https://firefoxux.github.io/firefox-desktop-components/?path=/docs/docs-typography--docs). Also got rid of line heights because we keep things at `normal`.
