Bug 1959563 - Disable quota info cache before performing dom/quota/test/xpcshell/test_initTemporaryStorage.js; r=dom-storage-reviewers,jstutte
This test currently perma-fails when using a conditioned profile. The failure occurs because a conditioned profile includes a valid quota info cache. Consequently, temporary storage initialization skips a full scan and relies on the cache instead. However, since the cache can be disabled, the test can still verify metadata restoration by forcing a full scan. Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D245530
