Bug 1632301 - part4 : rename 'ControlledMediaState' to 'MediaPlaybackState'. r=bryce

This patch will do :
- rename `ControlledMediaState` to `MediaPlaybackState`
- rename the related functions

The advantage of doing so :
- more consistent with `MediaAudibleState`
